An Oklahoma bill that would ban the sale of food containing aborted human fetuses has some people wondering: What food currently contains aborted human fetuses?

Rest of the Fetus Food Ban story here.

So come one and come all submit your tasty songs here!

Frosted Fetus Flakes
(They're GRRREAT!)

(tune: The Butcher's Boy)

In the morning, when I would wake
I would munch on some fetus flakes
With Almond milk almost everyday
Now some jerk wants to take them away.

Chorus:

Oh please don't take my Fetus Flakes
They satisfy and they taste GRREAT!
They're real healthy and gluten free
So, leave my frosted fetus flakes be

Once I was carefree, once I was young
I ate everything, weighed half a ton
But I got no dates, no one loving me
My belly shook like the rolling sea

Chorus:

Oh please don't take my Fetus Flakes
They satisfy and they taste GRREAT!
They're real healthy and gluten free
So, leave my frosted fetus flakes be

But then I started eating right
I'd eat my salads almost every night
And fetus flakes in the early morn
And I'd thank God, they were never born

Chorus:

Oh please don't take my Fetus Flakes
They satisfy and they taste GRREAT!
They're real healthy and gluten free
So, leave my frosted fetus flakes be

Mr. Shortey wants to ban my food
Saying, "Eating fetuses is rather rude"
But it's my lifeline to losing weight
And besides they taste very GRRREAT!

Oh please don't take my Fetus Flakes
They satisfy and they taste GRREAT!
They're real healthy and gluten free
So, leave my frosted fetus flakes be
As I don't wish to regain 20 pounds a day
Because some jerk took my flakes away

Tune: Tramps and Hawkers.
Sorry only got time for one verse but I'm happy with communal composition.

Come all you lofty carnivores that nothing live does scorn,
Come try the latest meaty treat, try eating the unborn,
Fresh meat that's taken from the womb, come one and all and eat us,
Yes, put us in your burger buns, a juicy tasty foetus.

Choo-choo to Broadway, foo Cincinnati
Don't get icky with the one two three
Life is just so fine on the paedophagic line

Hold tight, hold tight, hold tight, hold tight
Frrdddddi-yacki-saki - want some foetus mama
Kids and rice - they're very nice

I like newborns, infants too, I like my tasty neonate - reight?
When I come home late at night I get my favorite feed - paed!

Hold tight, hold tight, hold tight, hold tight
Frrdddddi-yacki-saki - want some foetus mama
Kids and rice - they're very nice ...
Ba-da-da-dah, da-do-de-do-de-day, ba-da-da-da-da-dah...

I'm gonna go right home to my lovin' spouse,
Gonna take her out, get her out of the house.
We'll go to a town to a restaurant maybe,
And I'll say to her "We're gonna eat baby'!

When I think back
On all the crap I ate in high school
It's a wonder
I can digest at all
And though my lack of good nutrition
Hasn't hurt me none
I can read the writing on the wall

Fetal food
You give us those nice bright tasties
You really beat the greens I used to eat
Makes you think all the world's a sunny day, oh yeah!
I got a really good hot sauce
I love to eat that fetal burger raw
So Mama, don't take my fetal food away

Mama, don't take my fetal food away

Mama, don't take my fetal food away

Mama, don't take my fetal food away

etc., ad nauseum.

I think we've been here before in a book by Harry Harrison.
Here's my take on it, with the theme from (Quite fortuitously) M*A*S*H*

What's on this plate in front of me?
A diff'rent food I seem to see.
It slips down, oh so easily.
It's shallow fried, not greasily …

Oh Soylent Green® is 'armless
Quite literally armless
The meat is all well processed as you see.

I had some good stuff yesterday,
It really took my breath away,
Both jalapenos & flambé
The bog-roll's iced, what more's to say?

Mashed Soylent Green® is pleasant,
They flavour it with p(h)easant.
And Soylent® is the only game today …

My gourmet palate's oh so keen
I can't abide the Soya Bean
And tofu puddings are obscene
I'm sure you all know what I mean!

But Soylent Green's® fantastic
It doesn't taste of plastic
It truly is the best food on the scene,
...
You really taste the meat in Soylent Green®
...
The whole world should be fed on SOYLENT GREEN®

Cheers
Nigel

You've got me started now!
This time channelling Julie Andrews:

Foetus meat roasted, and foetus meat basted
Foetus au gratin the best dish I've tasted.
Foetus au poivre and chic(k) foetus wings
These are a few of my favourite things.

Foetus in curry (once Christmas's abated)
Foetus nouvelle so artistically plated.
Foetus with 'wedges' and onion rings
Are a few more of my favourite things

I'm ambitious,
All these dishes
I've got on the go
But where this meat
They call foet-
Al comes from
I really don't need to know.

Rap:
Great parody on Kodachrome.

People often complain if they're parodied, but they should take it as a compliment.
It is always much easier to parody a song you know well, so use of a particular tune is a compliment.

I have an idea: when all these creationists and opponents of embryonic stem cell research develop life-threatening illnesses, let them be treated by a barber-surgeon with a trepanning drill. Perhaps it may cause them to rethink the merit of modern methods and come to value the scientific views they so quickly dismiss as erroneous and heretical.

let them be treated by a barber-surgeon with a trepanning drill
To quote Dr Leonard McCoy: My God man, drilling holes in his head is not the answer! The artery must be repaired! Now, put away your butcher's knives and let me save this patient before it's too late!
