Opt out of the health care plan? OK then.

I would like to "opt out" of the following:
$pending on nuclear weapons
$pending on any war of choice
$pending on domestic spying
$pending on the arrest or imprisonment of people non-violently voicing their opinions
$pending on arresting or imprisoning marijuana users
$pending on any religious expressions
$pending on any salaries for elected officials above four times the poverty level
For starters...

To help save the economy, the Government will announce next month that the Immigration Department will start deporting seniors (instead of illegals) in order to lower both Social Security and Medicare costs.

Older people are easier to catch and will not remember how to get back home. I started to cry when I thought of some of you. Then it dawned on me—oh, dang—I'll see you on the bus!

I read of an organization that wants to give handguns to seniors with the following message attached:

"Wound a politician who has been screwing your pension and degrading your quality of life. The state will jail you for x number of years during which time you will for free be fed thrice daily, housed in a heated facility, clad, and your health needs will be attended to."

I think it was facetious/fictitious because I could locate no place to send a donation.

Hey, GfS....I think you oughta know that Little Hawk just got an email from you that purports to be a virus warnin' about some guy in the UK called Simon Ashton, who is supposedly sendin' a deadly virus to people which will wipe out their computer. It has an attachment to open.

It doesn't have ANY actual message that was typed by you. That is obvious.

Little Hawk did not open the attachment. He wasn't born yesterday. He deleted the message.

I am lettin' you know about it, cos I think your computer mighta been infected by someone and it is probably sendin' this "Simon Ashton" warnin' to everybody in your mail list.
