Subject: RE: Keith Marsden The Funeral Song From: Dave Hanson Date: 14 Mar 19 - 03:38 AM In that wonderful book of Keith's songs ' Picking Sooty Blackberries ' the words are obviously credited to Keith no authership is given for the melody so I'm sure that was also written by Keith, it's given in A major, no chords provided as it is meant to be performed unaccompanied. Subject: Keith Marsden The Funeral Song From: Rivermusic Date: 13 Mar 19 - 10:37 PM Does anyone know the name to the tune that Keith Marsden set "The Funeral Song"? Or even better does anyone have the chords that fit this tune? I realise that it is normally sung unaccompanied but I would like to play along whilst singing it as hopefully this will help me to sing it to the correct tune. |
