Desparately seeking Hamish's autobiography titled, Cod Liver Oil and Orange Juice. I believe it is out of print but can anyone out there tell me who the publisher was.

It was published by Mainstream Publishing in Edinburgh, but was out of print even before Hamish's death. A re-release was planned with more photos but that seems to have been shelved. I'll ask Kate Kramer, Hamish's former musical partner, about it as soon as I can get her to contact me - any day now, I hope. - Susanne
