Well, I have just done something stupid....

As some of you know I do tech support for a national isp...well I had a customer on the phone and had her on hold and was dealing with some of the idiots around here....when I got back to her I was giving her some directions for her modem....and said the fucken word on the phone...i apologised profusely, but still shit...she said it was ok...but still...that is grounds for immediate dismissal....if they hear that call...I am just so shocked and horrified and bloody scare...fuck....just when I was about to get my insurance again...ao I can start back on my pills..sorrry...for all of this....

Just one good reason to delete that (and other) words from your spoken vocabulary. I think them (!) but don't say them out loud often.

Put a rubber band around your wrist and every time you say the words, snap yourself. It will work.

Amergin, if they do hear it and they listen, they will hear your profuse apology and her reassurance. I am sure you've been doing a god job and that should also be taken into account. I have every confidence that you will be alright and I am giving thanks that this is so. Take some deep breaths and blow out all of the fear and self-recimination, sweetie. We are all human and stuff like that happens sometimes.

I *see* you surrounded by a big bubble of positive Light energy, extending to include your employers and co-workers, and everyone else you come into contact with, filled with harmony and understanding. When the fear comes up, say "Thanks, but NO thanks!" Then replace it with a positive image, such as above and give thanks.
