Subject: SPAM RECIPES From: M.Ted Date: 14 Jul 01 - 12:44 PM The SPAM thread reminded me that there are many in Mudcat who don't appreciate the multicultural aspects of SPAM--Here from Hawaii, are a recipe for SPAM FRIED RICE and SPAM SUSHI- courtesy of Aloha Joe.
SPAM FRIED RICE
Fry SPAM in a small quantity of oil in skillet.
Lea's Halau Style - SPAM MUSUBI
3 1/2 cup uncooked rice - steamed
