Subject: Looking for Taj Mahal From: tandrink Date: 02 Jan 02 - 11:16 AM I already did a thread search on this...so I fear I already know the answer, but here goes: Have they ever published a tab book for Taj Mahal? I'm desperately looking for a "note for note" on his version of Fishing Blues. Can anyone help? |

Subject: RE: Looking for Taj Mahal From: John J at home Date: 02 Jan 02 - 06:13 PM Yeah, but only when the pollution isn't too bad. I was there a couple of years ago, my hotel was about 1 mile from the Taj, yet it was only visible at certain times of the day. Sad isn't it? Also I understand that tailors in Agra are busy sewing camoflage netting for the Taj in case their Pakistani neighbours use it for navigation purposes if things turn really nasty. It's a sad old world. John |

Subject: RE: Looking for Taj Mahal From: GUEST,frankie Date: 02 Jan 02 - 10:10 PM Hi tandrink, TM's version of Fishing Blues was published in Acoustic Guitar magazine some years ago. His accompaniment and solo were included in tab. You might try to find a back issue at their website. The issue featured Taj on the cover. Good luck, f. |
