NPR recently aired an interview with David Bromberg wherein he talks about his passion for collecting American violins. You can hear the archived interview in RealAudio Here . Scroll down and you will see the audio link.

No fancy guitar picking to be heard unfortunately, and he doesn't play more than a few notes, but diehard Bromberg afficionados should find it of interest nonetheless. And fiddlers should find it interesting, even if they have no idea who David Bromberg is.
