He is Don Tio Pepe Goya de San Fernando y Los Villa Lobos de Los Angeles San Miguel Manolito Montoya Manitas de Plata y Un Cerveza Por Favor Vamos Adelante!. Or, for short, "el ted". His mission, and it is a misson from the most high authority, is to convert us to the way of "el flamenco, the true path". I am undergoing the process now. As I write, el ted, the great teacher, is transcribing the complete recordings of flamenco in the great "library de flamenco", (located in the Spanish Quarter in Hull) in order to make them more accessable to my more "traditional" ear. Expect Volume 1 of "Flamenco bagpipes for beginners" to hit the shops soon. Oh, and he is Sweetfire`s dad as well. Welcome el ted, Your humple deciple, el gordo. |

I could use some flamenco tips as I've had the misfortune to be given all flamenco type duties in my covers band (we do a couple of Gypsy Kings songs) on the basis that I'm the only band member who owns a nylon-stringer!
