Many terrorists come to America legally and hang around on expired visas
(some for as long as 10-15 years). At Blockbuster you're two days late
with a video rental and those people are all over you. I think we should
put Blockbuster in charge of US immigration.

I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. No one outside the United States knows where Pittsburgh is. Chances are that nobody outside the United States knows where the place you live is, either, unless you live in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Dallas or Las Vegas. So I'm not worried about terrorists. Nobody is going to bomb a place they never heard of.
