There are a number of threads on "She Moved Through the Fair" but, for a variety of reasons, no one has ever put the tab/chords up. The DT has the music, and so on, but some of us are working with much simpler technology and brains. Does anyone have the chords handy?

Yours, Peter T.

Does this not strike a chord with anyone?

Peter,

The Chieftains, on The Long Black Veil CD play it in D. There is a songbook available to that CD. I will list them out in order, but without the words in front of you, or the songbook, I am not sure how much assistance that is.

D-C-D-C-D
C-D-C-Am-C-D-C-D

That is the first verse.
if you view the chords lines as lines to the verse, the first line begins with "My love she said" and ends with the D chord over the word "kind".

I know it is confusing, but best I can do.

All the best,

Mick

Many many thank s Mick, This is just what I need (just to get in the ballpark, as they say in Amerikay). I can now fiddle around it till it works.

Yours, Peter T.
