Well? What happened to the goat, Naomi? Was she spared from a hideous death at the hands of the US Marines and the Northern Alliance? Has she been released? Has she switched sides? Does Osama miss her? Inquiring minds want to know...

I think the News of the World has let us all badly down when it comes to following up on this story.

Maybe the idea was to let Osama know that he is not as well hidden as he thought. This could force him to make a move that would help us catch him. Just because the country he's in wouldn't let us have him doesn't mean that THEY won't decide to get him if only for the reward.

Naomi is reputedly Osama Bin Laden's goat and his personal companion...or she was until captured by American forces in Afghanistan. They threatened to kill the goat unless Osama turned himself in. He didn't do so. Therefore I am wondering if Naomi is now okay? Esmeralda is a goat who has spent many happy years in close association with me, but brucie said he was lonely so I sent Esmeralda out west to comfort him. She never arrived, but she has posted recently on Mudcat, so she must be okay. There may be a connection between Naomi and Esmeralda, but probably not.

Esmeralda once won a steel cage tag team match involving herself, William Shatner, the "Masked Marvel" (Amos), and a blowup doll of Maggie Thatcher. Shatner and Esmeralda should have won easily, but the "Masked Marvel" (Amos) tried to fix the match by bringing his canary, Frisco Duck Duck into the ring with him. This was despicable behaviour on the part of Amos, and he received his just reward when the Maggie T doll exploded and knocked him silly with the resulting shock wave. Esmeralda was the only participant still standing when the final bell rang.

Little Hawk's account of the cage match with Shatner is grossly distorted, inaccurate, self-serving and fraudulent. He tried to claim victory at the time, on equally pernicious and falsified grounds. The orignal thread, however, shows clearly that the Masked Marvel and Frisco Duck Duck combined completely tromped Shatner and his fictitious abililties.
