The purpose of this list is to share with a group of 30 college students who will then be challenged to write a new state song. The words list that I end up with will be read aloud to evoke memories of the state to encourage a more vividly detailed end product. So....what do you think of when you think of Pennsylvania? Knowing when you got near home on the highway because of the names on the political signs--some with way too many vowels, others with way too many consonants. Cook's Forest. Brady's Bend.
