Subject: Lyr Req: Döden Han Är En Jägare Snäll From: GUEST,Cory Date: 05 Jan 06 - 12:32 AM I don't know if there are a lot of Swedes out there, but has anyone heard of this song? I'd be interested in lyrics, music, and/or translation. I heard it on the album 'Igår, Idag, Imorgon' by Jan Hammarlund & Turid & Lena Ekman. Here's a link to the album info: http://www.progg.se/band.asp?ID=31&skiva=10&cover=10 |

Döden=death, Han=man or he, Är=is, are, Jägare=hunter, Snäll=good,nice, kind |

Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Döden Han Är En Jägare Snäll From: OldPossum Date: 07 Jan 06 - 08:25 AM In older Swedish "snäll" can also mean "clever" or "swift", compare with German "schnell". So, "Death he is a swift hunter" would be my translation. |
