Today I woke up with the insight of the great morality play being p;ayed out world wide in terms of Star Trek characters;


As a cartoonist I see all the radical violent Muslims as Klingons,
George Bush, Rove and Cheney as Ferengi (big ears and all),
Donald Rumsfeld however is a Romulan half breed
and Al Gore and Kerry are part Vulcan.
The legions of dissenting US generals are hard core Star Fleet officers who are speaking up against the specter of the Borg Ferengi conspiracy.

I can illustrate the above quite easily but a screen play along these lines would no doubt become a smash hit.

Yes, I see it. Very interesting. I agree about Cheney being a Borg. I don't think there's a "species" in those shows for Condi. She's probably more like something from a Stephen King novel.

I think Condi could do as a Bajoran just fine. They usually are very intense and determined and have a real chip on their shoulders at the same time. Always ready for confrontation.
