I believe that Karl Rove has run outta fresh ideas...

...and one wouldn't expect Bush to really know much of anything except how to organize the decent keg party so who else can we blame???

But the new-'n-improved campaign to resell Bush's worn out used war in Iraq is not only off base in terms of history but down right laughable...

Beware the eyes of Nov. It seems that there is a republician campain just starting now that trying to dump the blame for 9/11 on Clintion. Which is gearded to remove some heat from Bush & Company from that & the Iraqi war.

The writer and producer of The Path to 9/11 is an outspoken conservative activist.2 And the right wing is thrilled about the movie—Rush Limbaugh said "the film really zeros in on the shortcomings of the Clinton administration" and "It's sort of surprising that ABC's picked it up, to me."3

ABC is billing the movie as an objective account based on the 9/11 Commission Report, but the miniseries is riddled with misinformation.

How about the "news" report that accused the Clinton administration of vandalizing the government computers when they left Washington? That was gleefully reported by Bill O'Reilly, then when it was ecposed as a lie, he didn't have the balls to admit being wrong.

And the new campaign could point out how correct it was in 2002/3 to claim a strong link between Al Qaeda and Iraq. Well, it may not have been true then but it surely is true now, thanks to Bush's politics. So that was not a lie it was self-fulfilling precognition.

A recent survey in Europe has shown a Europe-wide average approval of Bush's foreign policy of 18 % (local lows in France, Spain, and Germany) with 5% approving a possible war with Iran. Come on, George, that's good news, the approval rate in Germany has recovered recently from the single digit figures two years ago.

I reminded them that they refused to show the Reagans in an unfavorable light, and that I would be watching another channel while this is on.
