From: Liz the Squeak Date: 28 Oct 06 - 01:31 AM Fried sprout sandwiches...Mmmmmmmm Cut the leftover sprouts in half (there's usually lots) then fry in butter till warmed through and lightly browned on the flat side. Butter two slices of bread - soft white is best and put the sprouts on one slice. Press the other slice firmly on top so the sprouts can't escape and eat whilst still warm. Yummmy... my Boxing Day treat that is. LTS |
