9 out of 10 people who've heard me sing agree that my silence on these records is worth the price of the set on its own. (The tenth is still catatonic in hospital and thus unavailable for comment but his doctors think playing him this set continuously should speed his recovery).

Roger was going to do an original piece for two bedpans and an enema, with a sort of fingernails-on-steel rhythm accompaniment. But I think we both agree that the Mime soundtrack he came up with to replace it because of that letter from Homeland Security was definitely a winner. It has proven to be the most-often-played cut of all the CDs bought (Homeland Security did a little survey for us--thanks, Mister Poindexter!).

Thanks, Dick, for the speedy service. The CDs I ordered on Monday arrived Thursday evening. That's faster than letters arrive from a town across the river (and it's not that big a river).

I listened to them msot of the night and have nearly OD'd on the rich and probably fattening music. Haven't heard them all yet, but, damn!

As of today (January 10, 2003) I'm out of stock on complete sets (though I do have a few copies left of Orchid, Rose and Violet.

Dear Amos: Thanks for your concern :-) My back suddenly 'went' & I was had a nice trip in an ambulance & a couple of days on morphine till things got back to normal. I just forgot to bend my knees & bent over normally, haven't done that for years! Not going to forget again that's for sure!!!!
