Missed it last week, but the week before I'd manage to lose a whole half a pound! Big Fat Hairy Deal... I can lose more than that by just going to the bathroom! Two weekends of forced gin drinking may be telling though... although my trousers keep falling down so maybe it's just 'shifted in transit'... LTS |

A woman came into class, waved hello and it took me a minute to figure out where I knew her from. Oh yeah. She used to come to yoga in the wintertime. I was talking to a friend when she came over and said, "WOW! You look great!" Okay, that made me feel good but then after class I was putting my sneakers on and she was chatting with the instructor. I was headed for the door when she turned to me and said, "I just wanted to tell you that I can't believe the difference in the definition of your arms and legs since last March!" I smiled and said thank you. My yoga instructor says, "OMG, her calf muscles are crazy...show her your calves!" And I did...she said, "I know! I was looking during class and decided I wouldn't want to ever meet her in a dark alley!" She made my day!!!!!!!!!!!! Progress is slow, but it's progress, no? Michelle |

We have been going and will continue to go about 3 times a week, Its great at getting the whole body working reasonably hard, good pre season training for rugby (have had shoulder injuries etc so want to start gently) |
