Allan was taken to Hospital last Friday after suffering a "Heart Attack," As far as I know he's still there while Doctors do further test on him.Let's take this opportunity to send him all the best and BIG "Get well Soons" from all here at Mudcat Central...

We visited Allan in hospital today and he is in good spirits, looking and feeling well.

He told us that doctors have confirmed that the mild attack did not damage his heart. There are more tests to follow, and he is scheduled for an Angiogram on June 3rd.

For now Allan will be staying in hospital pending test results.

The news is that Allan is now back home after having had more tests. The Angiogram results were good, and Allan is in good spirits, hoping to be back performing soon.

Hi

You may have heard in recent days that songwriter and singer Allan
Taylor was admitted to hospital a week past Friday with a suspected
heart attack.

It turns out that it was in fact an angina attack and he has now been
sent home having been in hospital for about 5-6 days. He is fit and
well and is not expecting to have to cancel any gigs, and is looking
forward to getting out and about again in the next few days.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
