I am looking to find books, autobiography or biography about Ralph McTell.

If someone could kindly list the exact title of the book, year released, and author, if not Ralph McTell himself.

I am not interested in song books at this time but only books written about Ralph, about his life, growing up, early days of his career throughout the years, etc.

If you have the year of release please indicate that too and publishing company if you have it.
Thank you. Your help would be appreciated.

P.S.I am in California and hope to do a search after I have the book titles and maybe find a seller in USA, as shipping from overseas is very expensive.

I am a huge Ralph McTell fan.

This is faintly reminiscent of a Judith Durham thread... thread.cfm?threadid=167624

It might shortcut things

I have the first autobiography "As far as I can Tell" which only goes through his childhood and as far as his 20s when he decides to go fully professional: a fascinating read!
He was the headline artist at our local festival on more than one occasion, and I did ask him when he was going to write the rest! Glad to see he has now done so (maybe not solely on my advice!!) so must get that second book!

Ralph McTell also has a website (click) and a very well-written Wikipedia page (click).

For a good list of books about McTell, check the bottom of the Wikipedia page, under the "References" section--that gives their sources they used while creating the page.
