The other day I was looking at Ed Pickfords website, in his tribute song to Matt McGinn Ed called him the Patron Sinner of Glasgow, this set me thinking why not have ' Patron Sinners ' as well as patron saints fo everywhere and everything. The ones which sprang to mind were: Patron Sinner of Scotland Billy Connolly, Patron Sinner of Ireland Brendan Behan and Patron Sinner of alcohol, a draw between Oliver Reed and Richard Harris.
What can you all think of.

I think Maximon in Guatemala fits this description. You will occasionally see his shrines, and the offerings people have made to him of his favorite items - liquor and cigarettes.
