Subject: RE: Guy Wolff's son From: Guy Wolff Date: 27 Oct 14 - 08:12 PM So cool I never saw this Babara .I mean I know this is years old but thanks anyway .. See you at Lui's concert in December ! There was a cool moment when my son Ben and I played banjo and 8 string guitar together on a MArtha Stewart show .. We had a blast doing that and millions of people saw clawhammer banjo and some home made music .. WHAT A HOOT http://www.marthastewart.com/991033/pottery-ben-and-guy-wolff |
Subject: RE: BS: Guy Wolff's son From: maeve Date: 30 Dec 11 - 05:20 PM It's always a pleasure to check in on the doings of 'Catters and their talented families, bbc. Perhaps a splice of the 2 threads is an option. One can also make good use of the filter to look up current and past threads about Guy or other thread headliners; a most enjoyable way to peruse the wealth that is Mudcat. Peter K (Fionn)- Here's Guy's YouTube link for a delightful taste of some of his current musical renderings: http://www.youtube.com/user/guywolff |
Subject: RE: BS: Guy Wolff's son From: bbc Date: 30 Dec 11 - 09:44 AM I didn't mean to offend. I love Guy! Since my main point was pottery & fine arts, I was trying to abide by the "Non-music" heading. Joe or any other Mudelf is welcome to put this thread above the line, if that seems appropriate. As maeve noted, however, the topic has already been somewhat discussed. Perhaps this thread should just be cut. Respectfully, Barbara |
Subject: RE: BS: Guy Wolff's son From: Peter K (Fionn) Date: 30 Dec 11 - 09:16 AM Nothing even vaguely connected with Mudcat member Guy Wolff should be categorised as BS, he being an exquisite performer of a branch of music originally expected to be a primary element of Mudcat but which now goes little beyond the logo. |

Subject: RE: BS: Guy Wolff's son From: maeve Date: 29 Dec 11 - 09:34 AM Here's an earlier thread about Guy and his family. |
Subject: RE: BS: Guy Wolff's son From: bbc Date: 29 Dec 11 - 09:09 AM I shouldn't have posted so quickly. Guy's daughter, Elizabeth, is, also, artistic. Take a look at this & this. What a great heritage! |
Subject: BS: Guy Wolff's son From: bbc Date: 29 Dec 11 - 09:04 AM I recently had the pleasure of seeing Guy Wolff at Lui Collins' annual winter concert in Litchfield, Connecticut. Afterward, I went to Guy's website & noticed a link to his son's website. Did you know that Ben is a potter & musician, too? How cool is that?! |
