how about just taking them back to where you bought them
and let the store get a refund from their distributor?
as i recall there are un-gummed papers as well.
where saliva is all that is needed to get them
to adhere??

Just use the ones that are sticky for whatever purpose you use them for (i'm not one to judge:)!), then take the rest and write a message of complaint on them. Make little paper airplanes out of them, fly them out of the window, and hope they get to the rizla factory...

I agree with jOhn. It is easy to say that when it's just a little thing, i.e. cheap, it's not worth complaining about. But that's not true. Good workmanship and quality control are important whatever the product.

ello,
i bought today a packet of rizla cig papers, and half of them arent sticky, and this is the THIRD TIMe that this has happened to me, and pisses me off.
and they dont even put the address on to send them back, i garantee if this ever happen again, i will do something [not sure waht i will do yet, but i defnitley do something].
i will report them to trading standars people, and write to the newspapers etc, ans anyway, why dont they put addreess on it then, evertyhing else does, ie if you not happy send it back etc, complaintes depertmant].?
