So, I send warm, loving, Central Texas hugs and kisses to the wonderful (and not-always-wonderful) Mudcatters I've been getting acquainted with since last spring. And the confession that, due to an unfortunate, temporarily painful, bodily malfunction, I've been made once more aware that GOD was reeeeeeeelllllly looking out for me in the mid-1960s when I met, became enamored of, and married hubby. Next to being born and having grandchildren, the best thing to happen to me. (And he gave me chocolate this year. My feelings about V-day ebb and flow depending on the presence or absence of an SO in my life. Last year was the worst V-day I've ever known, until my kids presented me with the same thing my beloved Byron used to give me- instead of flowers, a lovely fresh pineapple!

This year, to my amazement and surprise, I like the day much, much more. Yes, chocolate, yes, hugs and kisses. Stay tuned!
