Social Security: To absorb the nearly $1 billion for implementing individual privatized stock certificate purchases, the accounting and brokers fees will be deducted from the lower 90% of socical security investors.

Alternative fuels: To bridge the gap to a hydrogen fuel economy in 20 years, Methane fuel (also known as Spaw Power) will be collected at all corporate livestock factory farms as well as select human individuals. When the collection tubes wear out they can be refurbished to make more feeding tubes.

Jeez - I'd be happy if folks would just use their turn signals, stay out of the far left lane unless passing, and only use the express lane at the grocery store if they have 15 items or less.
