This may be the first time in recorded history that whelks and civility have been mentioned in the same breath.

Now look, everyone knows that Spaw is an unmitigated foul-mouthed sonuvabitch. That's how he rolls, how he was drawn, why we love him. That he ALSO has a big mouth, a big heart, a grat facility of gutter language, and a remarkable well of philosophic erudition behind that greaseball disguise is beside the point.

So if this Elder Icon of the Tribe has seen fit to send an abusive message to Lonesome, before we all jump on the bandwagon to drink the koolaid and excoriate Spaw, should we ask, just out of fairness and all, what it is that Lonesome has done to deserve such abuse? Come on, Amos! You know that I am accustomed to dressing provocatively. Are you trying to say I share some of the blame for this attack?
And my guess is that someone mooning Spaw happens on nearly a daily basis. Which leaves the Republican theory.
Now I can't deny that I am attracted to a doctrine which blames pampering the poor for the subsequent collapse of the derivatives market. I also find the concept of building a large alligator-filled moat along the Mexican border both reasonable and financially feasible. I am also beginning to see that Obama was working secretly through plants in the Bush Administration to engineer a government subsidy program since 2000. Also, I can only read about 12 pages of Rove's insightful new book a night because of all the pithy comments that require I highlight them. I have also come to understand that United Health Care was forced against their will to increase rates by 29% this year due to costs incurred processing previously existing condition claim rejections.
Is that so wrong?
