Once, he flew his chopper in dangerous conditions to do so. Leno asked him about it on his TV show and Ford said something like, "I was closest. No big deal." In any case, he's a real man in my books... he still looks into the camera and says he's just a lucky guy who happened to do a carpentry job for the "right" person and became famous and rich by bullshit luck. |
