Of COURSE it's not worth a flea's attention! That is the very satirical foundation upon which I launched this thread, the very point I am making here, because by doing so I am making fun of the hostile thread josepp recently launched about NFL football.

So, Amos, should I applaud your brilliance for realizing that this stuff is really not worth a flea's attention or should I instead pretend to get upset about it and take umbrage at your remarks? ;-)

Well I'm upset because I must have had a tranmitter inserted into my brain which directs nicer restaurants to play old Frank Sinatra recordings whenever I want to dine.

Old Blue Eyes is bad enough, with his thin, cold, never-changing voice. The screaming blatting brass instruments, which must, by federal law, end the tune with a blast of discordance, are even worse.

Aargh!

People chomping on chewing gum and then spitting it out on pavements, where it's impossible to remove and makes horrid black sticky circles. (Even on the carpets of Buckingham Palace, kindly deposited by the visitors to the State Apartments apparently!!!) Singapore has very stringent penalties for this. I think they should be hung, drawn and quartered!

USA politicians dominating USA TV news (pre USA election stuff for about two years) kind of "pees on my foot". Why do news guys/gals pretend it's news and so many TV watchers believe it is so?.

So much so, that I have turned over to (non scripted, ya right) C grade TV programs with real (so called) people repossessing stuff, punky (sketchy) exterminator guys wrestling with(aka making love to) or catching alligators, buying junk at auctions or pawn shops or turning junk into expensive furniture.

I gotta get a life, Vern.

You're just "discovering" Crocs? Round these parts, they are already passe. Glove shoes are still around, although not that many people even wear those much. Most of the people I know just go barefoot as much as possible.
