I have been reading about Yusuf-Cat Stevens upcoming tour in USA starting in early December 2014.

I was curious if anyone out there plans to attend any of his upcoming concerts and if any Los Angeles MudCatters will be going to see him at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on Dec. 14, 2014.

I believe the tickets are already sold out or almost sold out at most American concert venues he will be performing at.
I did like his music back in the 70's & 80's.
Even if I wanted to go and see him in L.A. I wouldn't be able to afford it anyway but just curious if anyone plans to attend any of his upcoming concerts in December 2014?

I know he has converted to Islam long, long ago and just wondering if that would deter (former fans) from seeing him in a concert now?

A passenger plane carrying singer Cat Stevens to Washington was diverted to another city 600 miles away yesterday so the musician could be escorted off the flight by FBI agents and sent back to Britain.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) said the singer, who converted to Islam and changed his name to Yusuf Islam, was denied access to the US "on national security grounds".

I have been a longtime supporter of paperless tickets to my shows worldwide and avoiding scalpers. glad to hear he is still on the peace train, and presumably not backing that aggressive minority so much in the news now.
