Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: Mr Red Date: 22 Jul 15 - 05:22 AM lexicographically speaking there is a meaning in the UK for "trump" a fart . Does this translate into American (sic) English? |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: GUEST,# Date: 22 Jul 15 - 10:53 AM Trump meaning fart worked its way to Canada. My grandfather used it often. He had the advantage of also being an avid card player and the term occurs in games like bridge. |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: GUEST Date: 22 Jul 15 - 11:40 AM So, why can't he afford better hair, at a 4 billion US dollar estimated worth (note, he claimed 10 billion)? |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: frogprince Date: 22 Jul 15 - 01:13 PM Hmmm... I've heard fundamentalist preachers talk about "when the last trump sounds" any number of times; maybe I misunderstood the reference... |

Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: GUEST,Shimrod Date: 23 Jul 15 - 02:22 AM "Why is it the more odious his views - the more a section of Americans love him! I don't get it." All right wing politicians possess a keyboard with keys labelled: 'Hate', 'Fear', 'Prejudice', 'Envy', 'Selfishness', 'Greed' etc. They all know how to play a 'merry tune' on this keyboard around election time. They also know that there are millions of idiots who can be relied upon to dance to this vile tune. Left wing politicians have a tendency to go round and round in circles, tie themselves in knots and often end up shuffling about to the vile, right wing tune - as has happened to the Labour Party in the UK. |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: Ebbie Date: 23 Jul 15 - 03:16 AM I wonder what Trump will do after Rick Perry's blistering today? Unless Trump is just toying with us all, it is hard for me to imagine him being able to continue his 'campaign'. |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: Ebbie Date: 23 Jul 15 - 03:18 AM I am beginning to think that Trump one of these days will inform us that he's been having us on and that we all went for it, that he is the best standup comic in America... |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: Greg F. Date: 23 Jul 15 - 08:51 AM that he is the best standup comic in America... The last thing that Trump and his millions of idiot supporters are is amusing. Idiotic? Yes. Racist? Yes. Obnoxious? Yes. Dangerous? yes. Funny? Not hardly. |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: GUEST Date: 23 Jul 15 - 08:25 PM Trump boxers, anyone? Trump products |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: Ebbie Date: 24 Jul 15 - 02:23 AM Greg F, note that I am referring to Trump's belief and frequent references to his being the best in everything. No. I have not found anything funny that he has said. |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: Lighter Date: 24 Jul 15 - 08:10 AM > Unless Trump is just toying with us all, it is hard for me to imagine him being able to continue his 'campaign'. Perry is close to zero in the polls and has nothing to lose by slamming him. The same goes for Lindsay Graham. Trump has already laughed Perry off. His support hasn't been affected, any more than it was when he attacked John McCain as not heroic enough. He will stay in the race until he gets bored. He's already threatened to run as a third party candidate if other Republicans aren't nicer to him. Trump knows that they know that if he does run independently, Hillary Clinton will almost certainly win. Stay tuned. |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: Mr Red Date: 28 Jul 15 - 02:39 AM on the subject of his hair, (sorry to play the "thread" trump card, or did I mean play the Trump thread card?) is it receding (or did I mean "needs re-seeding?") |
Subject: RE: BS: Trump's Hair Catches On From: GUEST,Guest from Sanity Date: 29 Jul 15 - 02:48 AM Lighter: "Trump knows that they know that if he does run independently, Hillary Clinton will almost certainly win." Given the history of man, they most always choose the most painful and destructive way. So, what's worse, Trump, a rich guy, funding his own way?....or another puppet who's funded by 'Citizens United'???? ...in either event, Representative Democracy, is out the window.... ....and has been for a LONG time!!! We are not being represented...we are being dictated to, as what to believe, and what our 'choices' that have been decided for us shall be. What a farce!...but the 'activist ideologues' will keep championing the myth, and keep trying to convince morons, that those who don't 'agree' with their delusion are...ummm...." 'Hate', 'Fear', 'Prejudice', 'Envy', 'Selfishness', 'Greed' etc.". Both sides use that stupid tactic....and absolute morons either believe it, and/or keep promoting it!!! Anybody home?? GfS |
