I once half-heard part of a marching song (tune: Lili Marlene); it was part of a radio pastiche, and faded in and out again. I've had to backfill the first two lines. Does anybody know the original, and the proper title?

Marching through the jungle, camping in the wood
Forgot to take the tablets the sargeant said I should
Then in the middle of the night
Upon my arm, I felt a bite
And now I've got malaria,
Malaria's got me.
