Hi all,
(it is my Mudcat debut :-) )

Some speculate that Molly Malone was inspired by an earlier Captain M'Nevin song. However, CN was sung to the tune of Corporal Casey very similar to Irish Washerwoman.
I am looking for renditions of these songs (or similar).
The only songs to this tune with lyrics I have found was a joke about virgins and Swiss yodeling)
Can anybody help me?
