Carol, When I lost my father, rather suddenly a few years ago, A friend sent me the following.

I found it a great source of strength and comfort. I hope it will do the same for you, and help you come to terms with your own loss.

Carol, I am so sorry. If there is anything we can do to help, please let us know. When my mom died unexpectedly, the Mudcatters really helped me through the first few days, esp., as I was in a state of shock and grief.
