Subject: Luke Jordan's 'Cocaine Blues' From: jeepman (inactive) Date: 05 Jan 01 - 10:15 AM I have the words to this, thanks to Stewie and others. I really need the guitar tuneing and chords. I like the way he does it. David Bromberg also copied him. I am very dumb on the guitar but I try. Jeepman |
Subject: RE: Lyr/Chords Req: Luke Jordan's 'Cocaine Blues' From: Clifton53 Date: 07 Jan 01 - 12:44 AM My copy of this tune is on vinyl Jeepman and almost unplayable. From what I can remember, it is some sort of open tuning, though I'm not sure which one. And I can also recall that it is a fairly difficult song to play as Mr. Bromberg does it. I realize this doesn't help you much but nobody was answering so I thought I'd at least respond with what I have in my memory. If I can find another copy or play my old one I'll take a shot at finding the tuning at least. Clifton53 |
