I have a dream that our monitors get covered with nasty spittly goo because we all learn to make big ole ballpark-style raspberries when we read that kind of crap, and that instead of posting as it gets under our skin in the succeeding hour or so, we are busy wiping our screens.

Now what we NEED is a Mudcat fundraiser-- special windhsield wipers for the monitor, decorated a la Mudcat.

And I don't think it's just the Brits or any other group who answers them-- it's people whose particular button has been pushed and new members whose skins have not thickened up yet.

If mine can, tho, anyone's can.

Can't we sell Mudcat Skin Texturizer too? Goes with Gorilla Snot? At festivals? Dick oughtta diversify.

How about a monitor surround-panel with DON'T FEED THE TROLLS, with pix of trolls locked up in the zoo wasting away?

We Americans need PRODUCTS.

Sorcha, I know how you feel, Unfortunately, even if the vast majority of people agree to ignore trolls, there's nothing preventing others to post. There isn't much preventing those who've said they won't from doing it either. All it takes is "just this once" from a few people.

If you notice, it always seems to be the British folks who can't leave the troll threads alone. They refresh it by posting some message about the thread creator being a wanker or some such name. It's not like we need people to point this out FOR us.

I was thinking the same thing. In the past 24 hours we've seen several that almost made an hour or two before someone posted. Since the last flare up I have not responded to these things until they got way up in numbers and totally off topic, but the real point is here, can't we just let the damn things alone? If I can do it, anyone can do it and that includes messages about not posting. Today it seems to be hitting me like it does you Sorch.........Maybe just once!!!
