As said above Charlie Marshall has complete blocks with reedshttp://www.cgmmusical.co.uk/CGM_Musical_Services/Hohner_Parts.html#3

But I have recently bought two Pokerworks from eBay both for less than Charlie's £225 asking. Plus Charlie's Reed blocks would almost certainly need tuning after the blocks are fitted to a box.

If it is just the woodwork you are looking for I may be able to help Lester's Melodeon Emporium and Tune-a-rama

Sorry forgot to add; you can get your old reeds re-wax and re-valve at box place by Theo Gibb if you like..
Buying a new reed bloc or getting the old ones repaired will cost you around £220-230 for a two row melodeon like Erica or pokerwork. It will cost more or less the same…being there, done that and NEVER again....repairing and tuning cost as much as the new ones unfortunately…best bet is buying a good used box from a shop..

Hobgoblin music has Hohner blocks fully reeded as long as you want D/G tuning. They are available from the Crawley branch only.

Try Allodi Accordions:

http://www.accordions.co.uk/Index.htm

If he can't actually do it I'm sure he'll be able to point you in the right direction.
