For any and all who have been going through a rough time, esp. the loss of loved ones.

I just wanted to let you know I am thinking of you and wishing you well.

I understand, and am sure others do, too, that it takes time to work through grief.

If you drop by, please don't feel as though you have to post or reply to any/all of us. There are so many of us who may express our sorrow for you and, in most cases, only one of you, so I know it can be a bit overwhelming.

Just know that you are in our hearts and thoughts and we'll be here if and when you feel the desire to visit...all in good time.

Well, it does seem that lots of folks seem to be going thru stuff and I guess that means that we're all a bunch of old farts and it's our time to be going thru stuff 'er else we'd be posting on a hip-hop board but, hey, that's okay... It's life and, guess what? We'll all get thru it...

But I am thankful for the Prayer Chain because it does give me an opportunity to hook up with you folks that I only know from reading your posts and taking a little time in my life to reflect and emphthize with your struggles and hope that in doing so that a certain energy is harnished that can only help... for when we give a little of or spiritual self we get back an equal or greater amount in return from God and from our brothers and sisters of Faith. Just MHO.

Thanks Kat. I just lost another friend this week.
Cindy had a battle with cancer. She fought it with radiation and chemo. She fought it and was winning but the result of her treatment caused brittle bones. This winter she slipped and fell and broke both of her legs. She developed a blood clot and it went to her heart and/or lungs and it killed her. She was 37 years old.
I have heard it said that a blood clot has killed more people than AIDS and heart disease combined.

To all who have a fragile Heart and Spirit at the moment.....
Time, it takes time and maybe it is good to know that there are no conditions on that time. Post, don't post. Whatever you do is absolutely fine by me. I just look forward to when you feel you can, To those that are able to Post. Thank you for sharing your feelings with us. You have my gratitude.
