Apparently the Motorcaravan Monthly in it's guidi 'Discover Cornwall' refer to Helston as 'The gateway to the Lizard Peninsula, and home to the famous Furry Dane'.
I am in Cornwall for at least 4 weeks every year, and have'nt met him, annybody know him?

It's a typo. It refers to a hirsute local woman and should read "Furry Diane".

What is this clot? A junior Dane!
