I'll not beat about the Bush. What this country needs is another think tank. The ASSO Institute.

Not that the ones we have aren't good at hair brained schemes and creating fortune factories for Defense Contractors and drug companies. Yes the think tanks we have are already great at proposing 2nd century empire solutions for the 21st century but I believe with all my heart, all we need is just one more.

Why?! For one thing I could use a real job, but the main reason would be to show the rest of us exactly how full of crap the other think tanks are.*

Like a casino or stockbroker they make money comin or goin, whether they win or lose. A think tank could dream up a PNAC scheme and once it royally screws up they could analyze why it doesn't work.

The beauty of the system is that there is no bottom line, No One is respondsible and NO ONE will be held accountable. Same goes for the administration. OK name one person who has been held accountable - with the exception of George Slam Dunk Tenet. We all know how severely he was punished. In fact I heard he almost cried at his million dollar retirement party.

In the ASSO Institute the letters won't stand for anything. Only the sound counts.

Just because every other think tank is Republican the ASSO Institute will not be Democrat. In fact we will take a page from Homeland Security or the new director of all Intelligence agencies and declare ourselves the centralized command of all other think tanks
...whether we do anything or not.


The ASSO Institute will not just be in the business of influence peddling, social control and propoganda. No siree we will unabashedly use mind control when ever and where ever we want.***

We will hire gratis anyone from donuel to Hammond, from Peace to sue's husband.
A variety of nuts always sells better than one variety.
Volunteers to the ASSO Institute may tell us what other think tanks are up to and suggest how we should control them for a change.
Honorary directorships and board of directors are now open, first come first served. Act quickly since by Thursday everyone on Mudcat will be declared an active member of the ASSO Institute think tank.
Then we'll all be ASSO's ....based on alphabetical order or mind control experience. Remember mind control ain't just Ritalin anymore. Modulators will be made available at actual replacement cost.

Soon only ASSO's will be in charge of every think tank out there.
Be a controler instead of a controlee. SO Comon and Get on board and join the ASSO Institute.

Our team song is by Cat Stevens to the tune of Peace Train - Just substitute ASSO when ever the words Peace Train appear.

Think about about the day the JD Power Associates concept was pitched.

Gentlemen I propose we form a company in which other companies will pay us for awarding anything they do or make in the monetary order in which they pay.

"so we award whoever bribes us the most, first?"

Yep, car companies first then we diversify.

I am not implying that all think tanks are evil, I'm just saying the ASSO Institute should vicariously oversee all other think tanks, expose the frauds
and give out awards as we see fit.

I snuck in that quote from a radio show I was listening to at the time regarding electromagnetic mind control techniques. Many years ago I was deeply involved in mind control. Some have read about my face to face disagreement with the CIA way back then.
People's reaction to a cursory introduction to modern mind control techniques is usually followed by a humorous call for tin foil hats.
Well, the truth is that tin foil hats will not work at the frequencies that are most effective on the human brain.

Without getting mired in talk about the actual technology of: EM emotional control, EM weapons etc. what I want people to consider is that Freedom of Speech presupposes the freedom to think...and the freedom to think can be insidiously attacked without people's knowledge.
You may remember the subliminal Bush commercial that referred to Democrats and had a full screen word Rats appear for 1/20th of a second. Bush said it was a mistake. And that was basicly ancient technology. In fact the good ol scare tactics no matter how crazy are incredibly effective. Anyone forget about the Chemical bio warfare Duct tape defense? Code orange for the holidays...ad infinitum

Current state of the art mind control techniques can be used for good but in the current paranoid war climate the inevitable misuse for nefarious purposes is a topic that will eventually surface...but probably not seriously for years.

Until people have knowledge and are ready to listen they will not believe. For example imagine a person 50 years ago with a cauterized hole through their arm and they claim a beam of light burned right through them. Back then people would not believe him but today we would all say it must have been a laser.

For people who respect the concepts of liberty and freedom, mind control without permission is an invasion contrary to every principle of liberty.

It (EM mind control) may not be as deadly and invasive as depleted uranium poisoning, but like DU, it will not be seriously discussed until its harm can no longer be easily ignored.
