Actually, it can be classed as "self improvement". It is generally reckoned by those with an affinity to washing machines on the spin cycle that men cannot multi-task. With a lot of sffort and much practice I have managed to disprove this erronious assumption.

That was, of course, a fair rendition of a commonly used contraction of a longer phrase. If you insist on it being quoted in full, then:
"Let us try to remember, and hopefully we will be successful in our attempt, and we will remember..."
