They are stuck on somehow. I guess with rubbur cemente or some kinda glue. It's totally stoopid. It's like a man wearin' a plastic fig leaf over his rocket pod. I would never do that. No flippin' way. You gotta let air get to the sensative parts of the body or they can, like, get a bad skin problem. Like a rash. Know'm sayin'? YOU ccan break out if you don't watch out. then what? Who wants to show up at the walk'in clinic and say, "I've got a rash on my...you know...down there..." (old ladies and people lookin' and laughin' up theier sleve) Jeez.

They are affixed with a simple glue stick, such as on would find at the Walmart--As to banning them, in many situations, they are worn to comply with local regulations, and the wearers would probably just as soon leave them off.

I'll boil a kettle for the tea. Lemon tarts with extra lemon and no marrang... marangue... mer... none a that fluffy white crap. Strawberry-Rhubarb tarts. Raspberry Jam tarts with the little crust crosses on them like Mum used to make. Mincemeat tarts with rum in them. Gosh, I wish I had a tart right now.

First time I ever drove in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, I came accross a big restaurant sign : "The Queen's Pasties" . Being as the only kind of "pasties" I had ever heard of were bits of cloth to cover little pink noses, I thought it was a darned strange name for a restaurant...

There are some very unappealing pasties out there--for example, one has to feel sorry for these critters (the spiders, not the boobs).

I do believe this woman is about the attempt the clockwise/counterclockwise challenge. Yup. Here she goes!

Anyway, there are lots and lots of pasties out there, including leather and fibres other than cotton. These appear to be made of wheat. . . This appears to be a professional pair, a belly-dancer perhaps?

Considering some things that women do to their breasts, this is totally innocuous.
These pasties are on the same level as the artificial beauty marks that tarts used in the 18th and 19th centuries.
Also consider that pasties and g-strings were invented to get around the blue laws which would not allow strippers full exposure.
