Subject: RE: BS: Silly Secret Santa Signals - 2005 From: Sandra in Sydney Date: 06 Oct 05 - 10:39 AM hello, Santa nah, I can't stand the smell or taste of coffee & altho I very occasonally drink herbal tea, I haven't had a cuppa for a coupla years. When I'm thirsty I want a drink, now, not when the kettle boils. Where I am in Sydney (about half a km from the CBD & several hundred metres from the Harbour) it does not get cold. I usually wear summer clothes in winter with a medium weight jacket. Nights can get a bit chilly here & altho I don't need a heater, I do have a lovely 80% down quilt. when were you in Sydney (she says casually) sandra I wonder why the google ads below are for socks! ya can get 30 different styles of toe socks, and have your pick of a great selection of Burlington socks. |
Subject: RE: BS: Silly Secret Santa Signals - 2005 From: Crystal Date: 06 Oct 05 - 10:41 AM The ads have changed to "music, Scottish" are they differenyt for everyone? |
Subject: RE: BS: Silly Secret Santa Signals - 2005 From: Tinker Date: 06 Oct 05 - 10:41 AM "after my aunt's horse nibbled my boobies" There has to be a song challenge in there somewhere.... I mean there seems to be a next event just waiting to be told somehow... tink |
Subject: RE: BS: Silly Secret Santa Signals - 2005 From: Crystal Date: 06 Oct 05 - 10:55 AM I was trying not to think about that! Horses have a horrible habit of nibbling bits! That is why most guys I know keep away from Shetland poinies ;) Now the ads say "doing a Secret Santa?" and are offering a collection of toe socks. What is the connection? Horse proof bras would be more appropriate surely. |
Subject: RE: BS: Silly Secret Santa Signals - 2005 From: Amos Date: 06 Oct 05 - 11:47 AM The Loyal and Enlightened Fraternal and Sororical Association of Temple Worshippers has issued a Bull disapproving of horse-proof brassieres, despite their sympathy with the predicament of boob-giftees confronted with horses. There are two reasons for this. One is that most of the brotherhood also sympathizes with the predicament of the horse, which goes through life confronted with a wide inventory of these divine gifts which are carefully wrapped and sequestered, kept from view and denied all contact with the average horse. To be surrounded by such heavenly inspiration while denied all right to reach for same is shattering tot he inherent sensitivity of the worshipper, and many of the brotherhood believe they know how horses must feel. To undergo this deprivation and tantalization on a daily basis is more than any creature blessed with an aesthetic apprecization of Golden Curves should be forced to suffer. Additionally, horse-proof brassieres are an impediment to knowledge and divine connection, a suppressor of inspired exploration, and have a chilling effect on the study of Expanded Braille. A |
