Breakfast and lunches sound fine for us (down to two as our youngling is going world musicing in the hills) but I always thought of Sunday breakfast and lunch as being the same meal.

At last,I've got a positive reaction from the significant other.Tig,we'll be down to see everyone on saturday afternoon for a short while. I'll try to persuade Minn to stay as long as possible but as he is the one who drives and refuses to drink at the same time(I know you tend to spill most of it!!!!!)we may not be around for long.

AND I have turned down a paid gig offer on the Saturday to be there.
I will arrive some time Friday pm after a quick visit to Mother on the way up. I am a tight fisted git so will be cooking my own meals,

I'm afraid Manitas has had to cry off... he's having some tests done next week and the pills they gave him have the suggestion 'you may prefer to stay near the toilet' and as the A1 isn't really blessed with facilities every 20 mins, it's best he stays home. Besides he can look after the cat who is even more poorly.

to add to the noble precedent of catters on crutches, I too have sprained my ankle and am not sure as yet if I will be able to drive by Friday....so may not make it this time.....keep stuff crossed for me and I'll update on Friday.
