Subject: RE: Lyr Add: ONE BY ONE - Woody Guthrie From: coriander Date: 10 Jun 00 - 06:54 AM this one is on the Mermaid Avenue CD by Billy Bragg & Wilco - they wrote the tunes to some Woody Guthrie lyrics - is this the tune you are refering to, Banjo Johnny? It's one of my favourites on the album (hard to choose - they're all good!). By the way, Volume II of Mermaid Avenue is out - I'm listening to it now and it's as good as the first. I'd recommend both as well worth a listen... cori |
