Changing your name is much better than that idea you had of deleting your identity completely. Glad you decided to stick around.

My only complaint is for future catters. Every post you've ever made is now listed under your new name. References within the thread will be to your old name. Very confusing.

Just as an example, I was trying to understand what the deal was with annamill's gathering. I would never have found out about the earlier gathering's at annap's if there had not been a thread with the title: Annap is now Annamill.

How many docs have we got around here now? Mark and kimmers and I think there's another. MArk should have joined us at the "Cardio Night at the Tavern." It was great Mark, except the band was electric..."The SA Nodal Rounders".......Had lots of good scrip stuff. Flattop went for the beer and lasix combo and had to catheterized.... and have an IV to rehydrate him. Quite a night I tell you..........

The UC is back in full force again, and now I have a new stomach problem that has destroyed my appetite, making me lose lots of weight, and feel sick all the time. In 2 weeks I get an endoscopy to find out what's going on down there. PLus my knees hurt. I feel like an old man!! Oh well, back to some more depressing Radiohead songs!

Well. Ectually. It's the blood pressure meds, the adrenal system, and having had a bang-up counseling catharsis recently with a need to play hard now. BP is up and adrenal recharge nearly complete I think. I'll pay for this in the next couple of days. But it's fun while it's going on, and if I take more BP med now to bring it down then the BP will be too low when the adrenals slump, and they still do. And if I allow that, it's back to being flat on the couch with metabolism slumping as a result, too. Part of what I deal with. Just another side of me.

It is all leveling out though, at last, and I don't have to choke down a tureen full of vitamins twice every day anymore. If I work it right I can go swimming tomorrow. It's been months. Pool's been just too cold for the amount of heat I can generate.

Thanks for playing, flattop. You are and have been a good and dear friend. Write me sometime, huh? I worry about you. You know we can always work a little letter-writing break into your work, OK?

Rick, our jam pals were here Friday night. First time I played since the fire over a month ago, on anything. I autoharped a storm up on the electric Oscar through the Roland Bolt 60 tube geetar amp, with a geetar player on either side to which chords my fingers were hitting and follow along. I thought I would die of pleasure from the blast-- the sound waves coming up at me from the harp on the desk tilted to my face, the soundbox of the desk as one amp, the Roland, and twin geetars right in my ears. I think I am HEALED, thank you JAYZUSS! Also I hammered the harp with my favorite hammer, a stainless steel iced tea spoon. (I'll use it till Spaw sends me a bone whacker.)

Of course I had the slider out and thought of you, and all the help you've given me, but alas, a more experienced slider captured its heart for the evening after I'd warmed the cockles of its heart. Come on over with Duckboots. We'll play, but more important, we'll LAFF. You make cake and stidney pie with Hardiman.

I associate WYSIWYG with (usually) bad software, which I usually call WYSIWYD (what you see is what you deserve!) as normally good software (e.g. html editors) is better if it does not have WYSIWYG (e.g. Word as HTML-editor)

MudGuard (who is also guilty of having done a name change but I think by now it is superannuated and therefore no longer punishable...)<
