Hi all. I have rece1ved a few inquieries concerning t-shirts that are missing or late, and I am attempting to create a better system to better deal with this and reconcile Dick's and my records.

Just for your info, I process only credit card (online) sales of t-shirts. I process them then forward it to Dick who does all the shipping.

What would be helpful is if everyone that has ordered a t-shirt to post a message to this thread. Please include the date you ordered it (to the best of your memory or knowledge), whether you received it, whether you ordered it online or by check, whether your credit card was charged yet (by Onstage), and perhaps what size.

I appologize to those who have not gotten their shirts in a timely fashion, and promise to fix this system. Thank you for your continued patience.

Hi. I ordered an X-tra Large on February 8th of this year. It arrived safely about three weeks later. I paid by check. Hope this helps.

Hi Max,

I've order two. One a while back which I received fine, but did have a problem. I'm not sure but I think Dick had to request it twice. The second I ordered on June 3rd and Dick sent me a message about a week and a half ago that it had been sent out, but I have not received it. I used my debit card (mastercard) in both cases. Both were taken from my checking account.

The email confirming my order is dated May 14th. I haven't received it and it looks like it hasn't made it to my credit card yet. I ordered a XXL.

What would you like me to do now? Would re-ordering confuse things?

Ordered my t-shirt in April and got it in May. Credit card bill was charged by Onstage. All's right with the world- at my end, at least!

Hi, on 4/27 I ordered, online, and received a reply by email, 1 XLarge Tee, to my Visa debit card. The charge has not come through, yet, nor has the Tee. I, too, would like to know if reordering would mess things up?

Also, the donation check that has never come through was dated 4/19.

I ordered mine on Visa as they first became available. Received about 1 mth after No Problems.

Hi Max, I checked and my t-shirt e-mail confirmation was sent on 3/25/99. I ordered and received an XL. It was charged to my Visa account on 31 March to Onstage Media. Hope this helps!

Max, mine was ordered quite a while ago, and I can't be exact. All I can tell you is I received it in about 3 weeks time. I thought that was very reasonable.

Well you put your head in the big hole and your arms in the two smaller holes to either side. The tag goes inside and the printing is on the outside on the front.

Order about 6 weeks ago, sent to e-mails have heard nothing since. My credit card hasn't been charged as yet but I hope it will providing I can put my body into a Mudcat T-shirt. Lots of luck with your logistics.

Ordered mine about a thousand years ago. Seriously, right when they first became available. Phoned in (you mentioned it was the first phone order), cause I wanted to hear your voice!

Paid with Visa and was pleasantly surprised to receive the shirt within two weeks (to Canada).

Hey Max, I ordered a largo around the 22nd of May, no shirt to date. If memory serves, my credit card was charged. I'll stand by for instructions. Order a large in Feb by phone/Visa. It was on my next bill. After two phone calls and about two months, I got a XL ( It fits with a bit of extra room.)

I ordered mine from England (sent cash - don't believe in plastic). E-maliled after 3 or 4 weeks to say I hadn't received it. you said you had no record of receiving the order, then you found it and I got the tee shirt about a week later. Brilliant Tee shirt, your system didn't fail me.
