Mississippi John Hurt fans!

The St. James Baptist Church in Avalon, Mississippi is in great danger of being demolished. St. James is a vital location to the Mississippi John Hurt story, and preserving it will entail moving the entire church to a location near the MJH museum. If MJH's music has touched your life at all, please consider making a donation. If you check out the link below, you will find a video history of the Church, and an explanation of what the Foundation is doing to prevent its destruction. Donations are tax deductible and can be made using our Paypal account. The link will be located on the video page.
