They sang the song denty made famous. does he know any more yet? only the ref and moses as support, dont count myself as I didnt expect to play , but I did. he has a good line up this term with Jez Lowe, George Papavgeris and Vin Garbutt as my pick of the bunch. could be very cosy for Vin as its got limited space, maybe 40 !! |

I knew dave back in the late 60s when he took South London by storm He came to Harpenden in 1999 and sang at the Silver Cup , then I had him do a spotlight 2 years ago. A true character, very knowledgeable and lived life to the full. His Avril Betts stunt will long be remembered here on the cat His version of Fiddlers Green I will always recall, cos it took an age to sing. A big voice , Gilbert and Sullivan , stuff like that, no P A required when he was around. |
