Little tip for the future if you want to find certain songs PDQ:

Use Google and put quotes around the phrase--

"I don't care if it rains or freezes"

That alone brought up about 100 sites that have the words.

Always try Lyrics and Knowledge Search here at Mudcat first. Much information as well as the lyrics.
Use no quotes, no caps, and try key phrases or words rather than just the title.

I suppose it's true that you'll find 100 sites that have the lyrics to "Plastic Jesus" - chances are, 99 of them got their lyrics from the Digital Tradition at the Mudcat Cafe.
I thought we had curtailed the practice of linking to or copy-pasting offsite Digital Tradition lyrics, but it seems to be happening again. The one people link to or draw from most often is Yet Another Digital Tradition, http://sniff.numachi.com/~rickheit/dtrad/ - this is a mirror of a reasonably recent edition of the Digital Tradition, with our Digital Tradition tunes converted into a variety of formats. 8notes.com has a traditional section that is mostly the Digital Tradition (and it's identified as the DT and includes our tunes in MIDI and GIF format), but it does have subsections with additional songs. There are other sites with DT lyrics, but I can't recall where they are.
You can recognize DT lyrics by their format. The song title is in ALLCAPS. If the songwriter is known, it will appear in parentheses in the second line. Some DT mirrors include the information we have at the end of songs, and some don't.
Now, if somebody is looking for "sheet music" of a Digital Tradition tune, it would make sense to link to 8notes.com or to "Yet Another Digital Tradition" - but it would be nice to note that the song comes from our database.
